At VELORÉ HOME, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. We kindly ask customers to review all product details before placing an order.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos and your order information.

Eligible cases may include:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item significantly different from the description

  • Product damaged during delivery

After review and approval, a refund or replacement solution may be offered when applicable.

Please note that returned items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color or size differences caused by display settings

  • Normal wear or handling after delivery

  • Orders used, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within several business days depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or additional handling fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.

Important Notice
